Refresher Course
For certified divers who haven't been in the water for a while and want to rebuild confidence before diving the reef or the Blue Hole. Covers skills review, equipment refresh, and a shallow practice dive.
- For: Certified divers — any level
- Duration: Half day
- Prerequisite: Valid certification
Discover Scuba Diving
A first taste of scuba — no certification required. A PADI instructor teaches you the essentials in shallow water and guides you on a short reef dive. Perfect for guests curious about diving but not ready to commit to a full course.
- For: Complete beginners
- Certification required: None
- Duration: Half day
PADI Open Water
The standard entry-level PADI certification — completed in Belize's warm, clear water on the barrier reef. Includes poolside skills sessions, knowledge reviews, and four open water dives to earn your lifetime certification.
- For: First-time certification
- Duration: 3–4 days
- Prerequisite: None (15+ years old)
PADI Advanced Open Water
Five adventure dives covering deep diving, underwater navigation, and three elective dives of your choice — including wreck, night, and drift. Opens the door to the Great Blue Hole and deeper Belize sites.
- Prerequisite: PADI Open Water certification
- Duration: 2 days
- Unlocks: Blue Hole & deeper reef dives
Referral & Certification Completion
Already completed your PADI theory and pool sessions at home? Come to Belize and complete your four open water certification dives on the barrier reef. Bring your PADI referral paperwork and dive log from your home instructor.
